One of the largest old car shows takes place right in our backyard, July 7-10, 2011, in Iola, WI. Bring your comfortable walking shoes, as you will view miles of old cars, ask questions and share stories with proud owners, head to the swap meet, shop (cars, antique toys, parts and more) or enjoy the food and beverage area!

My favorite is looking for the cars from the year I was born (not telling?!) and remembering the cars I grew up with in my family. Additionally, the year the movie, "Public Enemies" was released, many of the cars used in the movie were on display. It was fun having just seen the movie, and then talking to the owners and having them show us pictures from their albums and tell some great stories.

Our friend picked up an old coin parking meter last year and a previous guest bought his teenage son his first old car (Dodge, I think?) to fix up. They had it towed to Indiana--I understand it was quite a find!

When you are done walking the show, come enjoy comfortable accommodations at the Apple Tree Lane Bed & Breakfast. Yes, plenty of parking and a hose and bucket to wash your old car!
